Safe Contractor
SAFE contractor is the fastest growing health and safety accreditation scheme in the UK, with more than 150 major clients and almost 18,000 contractor members.
Registered members with the SAFE contractor scheme include clients and contractors from a wide range of professional disciplines working within a number of industry sectors. With its increasing membership and growing profile in the UK, the SAFE contractor scheme is now used by many large organisations as a way of obtaining competent contractors.
The SAFE contractor scheme is designed to review and audit the health and safety policies, procedures and documentation of contractors.
Qualified auditors
Qualified auditors take into consideration the profession, industry sector and business size, providing tailored safety audits that help to identify whether there is suitable and sufficient health and safety compliance within a business. Once the auditing process has been successfully completed, accredited contractors can use the SAFE contractor certificate as a means of demonstrating their level of health and safety compliance to clients and potential clients.
Obtaining the SAFE contractor accreditation reduces the need to submit multiple health and safety questionnaires to clients, therefore saving you valuable time.
